Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery services exclusively to hotels and cruises within Aswan and Luxor towns in Egypt.
Delivery Times
Aswan Deliveries: Orders destined for the Aswan area will be dispatched within three hours of order confirmation. Our commitment is to get your items on their way as swiftly as possible, ensuring a timely delivery experience.
Luxor Deliveries: For Luxor, we have the following delivery schedule:
If your order is confirmed before 2:00 PM, we guarantee same-day delivery within a seven-hour window, ensuring your order reaches you promptly.
If the order is confirmed after 2:00 PM, the delivery will be scheduled for the following morning. We will prioritize your order, and you can expect your items to arrive as efficiently as possible.
Order Confirmation and Communication
To facilitate the delivery process, we use WhatsApp as our primary means of communication. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp. This channel is also where you can reach out to us for order updates or inquiries. Please ensure your contact information is accurate to prevent any communication disruptions.
Payments:
The purchasing process on the website is conducted in Dollars (USD): The currency converter located at the top of the website is only for assistance in understanding the product value in different currencies. However, upon completing the purchase process on the Checkout page, the product will be calculated in dollars, and the invoice will also be issued in dollars. However, in the case of choosing cash on delivery, payment can be made in any of the following currencies (Dollar (USD) – Euro (EUR) – British Pound (GBP) – Egyptian Pound (EGP)).
Invoices:
The invoice will be sent via email (provided by the user) once the purchase process is completed and the customer receives the product. If the customer desires a printed copy of the invoice with the product shipment, please request it on the checkout page in the order notes section.
